What is Corva One?
A business application that connects client work with the financial record it creates. You run clients, jobs, time and invoices; real double-entry books are written by that work rather than re-keyed from it afterwards.
Is Corva One available now?
Not yet. Corva One is coming soon. A release date and access process have not been announced, and this site does not create accounts or collect contact details.
What is the difference between Corva Solo and Corva One Teams?
Nothing underneath — the same jobs, invoices and books. Corva Solo removes coordination you would only be administering for yourself. Corva One Teams adds shared ownership and time approval, so responsibility stays explicit as work passes between people.
Do I need to understand accounting to use it?
No. You manage clients, work, time and invoices. The double-entry happens behind the work you approve — your accountant sees proper books, you see the operation.
What accounting capabilities are included?
A general ledger with a chart of accounts and fiscal periods, manual journal entries with an approval trail, period close, financial statements presented on the ASC 210/220/230 structure, account reconciliation, and an audit package. Corva One calculates and posts sales tax; it does not file returns.
Does Corva One take payments?
No. You record a payment against an invoice, apply it, or reverse it. There is no card processing, no ACH and no payment provider behind it.
Can I import from QuickBooks or a spreadsheet?
Not yet. No import path is built, and none is committed yet — whatever is supported will be published before access opens.
What about estimates, scheduling and dispatch?
Planned, not built. Estimates, work orders, assigned visits and recurring agreements are committed work that is not in the product today, and this site will not imply otherwise.
Can I see what a job cost?
Not yet. Approved time reaches the job, so you can see what the work earned. Attributing a directly-paid expense to a job — true job costing — is planned.
Does it handle multiple currencies or multiple companies?
No. Corva One is built for a single business in a single currency. Multi-currency and multi-entity are deliberate future work.
Is there inventory or stock control?
No. Stock, receiving and vendor-bill matching belong to Corva ERP, a separate product.
What will it cost?
Pricing has not been published. It will be here before access opens, along with what each package includes.
